STATUTORY ACKNOWLEDGMENT REQUIRED
PURSUANT TO A.R.S.
"I hereby acknowledge that the Declaration, Bylaws and Rules of the Association constitute a contract between the Association and I/We
(the purchaser/s). By signing this statement, I/We acknowledge that I/We have read
and understand the Associations contract with me/us (the purchaser/s). I/We also understand that by accepting this contract, I/We
may be giving up my/our rights to the homestead exemption protection regarding a lien of the association. I also understand that as a matter of
Arizona law, if I fail to pay my association assessments, the Association may foreclose on my property."
In accordance with Arizona Revised Statues this acknowledgment form shall be returned to the Association within fourteen (14) calendar days.
STATUTORY ACKNOWLEDGMENT IN ACCORDANCE WITH
ARIZONA REVISED STATUES
The association has a continuing lien on the unit for assessments, charges for late payment of those assessments and attorney fees and costs. In accordance with the Declaration of Covenants Conditions and Restrictions, all other fees and/or charges represent a personal obligation of the Person who was the Owner of such unit at the time the fees and/or charges arose.
ACKNOWLEDGMENT & RECEIPT OF DISCLOSURE STATEMENT & COVENANTS, CONDITIONS AND RESTRICTIONS
In accordance with A.R.S. , City Property Management has provided a Disclosure Statement, on behalf of the Association, to make the
new owners aware of all pertinent information to the property being purchased. Along with the statement, we have also enclosed a copy of
the Declaration of Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions (CC&R's), Articles of Incorporation, Bylaws, insurance declaration pages, current
budget and any applicable Rules, Regulations and Architectural Guidelines.
