RENTAL/LEASE RESTRICTIONS
Please note that Article 4.28 of the CC & Rs for the Northwest Ranch Homeowners Association has been amended and affects the time frame for a new owner to rent or lease their property.
It is imperative that the potential purchaser of the above property is made aware of this amendment, as they are responsible for adhering to all of the
original and amended CC&R articles.
"Notwithstanding the above, subsequent to January 1, 2006, an owner acquiring title to any lot in the Northwest Ranch subdivision
may not rent or lease such property for a period of twenty four (24) months
subsequent to said acquisition. During this period the property must be owner occupied or occupied by a family member of the owner.
Family members are defined, for the purpose of this document as spouse, owners or spouse's parents, grandparents, siblings, children,
or grandchildren. Owners who are members of the military services are exempt from these provisions if they are unable to occupy their
property pursuant to military orders."

If you do not comply with this Article you will be in violation of the CC&R's and Fines of $500.00 per month will be posted to your account.
Continued violation would result in legal action.
